San Miguel de Allende and Dolores Hidalgo

Recently i had the chance to visit some places from my beautiful State with some of the guy from Mexico that i met in the USA. It all started on thursday. They wanted to stay here from thursday to sunday so, decided to take this guys to some of the most beautiful places in Guanajuato. We started our trip in Dolores Hidalgo, there we went to take a breakfast and to taste the icecream in that place, we could taste flavors as "micheleda" it's beer and sauces, cheese, mole (probably you know what it is) :P lots of crazy flavors. It was a cloudy day , i didn'tknow it would be that cold. The next place is one of my favorite places in Guanjuato, we decided to go to San Miguel de Allende (probably you've heard it was considered one of the most beautiful and romantic places in the world) i must say i worked there at the Rosewood Hotel almost a year. San Miguel de allende is a beautiful place, its name was San Miguel El Grande, but it was modified. There we decided to walk the streets and i took them to the botanical park, there we could see a lot of handicraft from all over Mexico, it was so colorful and i must say i really love what mexican artesans do. The next stop was the main square, we visited the Parroquia or Parish Church, it is one of the principal atractions in San Miguel, and you have to see it by the night! There we could take a bus tour and we saw all the fonts, the architecture and the beautiful narrow streets, then we made our stop in the gazer, where we could see the whole city illuminated by the stars and the lights of every single building. I remember we decided tacos as dinner, well, better known in Mexico as "Gringas" flour tortilla with cheese and meat. You must taste it!
